We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.



Return of goods (if applicable)

We accept product returns. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Prerequisite for return

Pay attention to

Customised or personalised items are not entitled to a 14-day refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the freight. The exact cost should be based on the Courier company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not liable for the freight.

Do not charge consumers for returning goods;

Only full price items are refundable. Unfortunately, promotional items are not.

Replacement (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can contact us within 72 hours of the product's arrival



Refund (if applicable)



Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you to approve or deny the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount of credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.



Delayed or lost refund (if applicable)



If you have not received your refund, please double check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund can be issued.
